Supremely Awesome

The Stampin’ Up Supremely Awesome stamp set is one of my favorites in the Stampin’ Up 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. Like who doesn’t like pizza? LOL To give this first card some pizzaz, I used some Real Red and Old Olive Designer Series Paper (DSP).

I could not help but to decorate the inside of the card with some slices of pizza. I didn’t add any sentiment inside this card because I wanted to have some space to write a personalized note.

I had so much fun creating this second card. I enjoyed creating my own Designer Series Paper (DSP) using the larger piece of pizza and utensils images from the Supremely Awesome stamp set. The Stampin’ Write Markers were used to color in the images.

I added a slice of pizza and some utensils to the inside of the card.

Color Combination: Real Red, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake

Bright & Beautiful Birthday Cards

How fun are these birthday cards that were created using the Stampin’ Up Bright & Beautiful Suite Collection? The new Stampin’ Up colors are just amazing! To show off the new colors, I decided to make the balloons monochrome. The sentiment “Happy Birthday” was stamped on the medium tone balloons using the darkest color stamp pad (Melon Mambo balloon – Berry Burst Happy Birthday and Azure Afternoon balloon – Blueberry Bushel Happy Birthday). The pattern image on each ballon was created by stamping the image on each balloon using its coordinating stamp pad. For a different look for each card, I rotated the Bright & Beautiful 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (DSP). To add some pizzaz I used gold accents (Gold Celebrations 12″ x 12″ Speciality Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Gold Simply Elegant Trim).

Circle Sayings Bundle – Celebrate

I just love all the new Stampin’ Up core colors! Today I wanted to showcase Lemon-Lime Twist in two different color combinations using the new Circle Sayings Bundle.

For this first card I used the following color combination:

Card Measurements:

Card base: 4.25″ x 5.5″

First layer (Lemon Lime Twist): 3.75″ x 5″

Second layer (Brights 6×6 Designer Series Paper): 3.5″ x 4.75

Inside first layer: 3.75″ x 5″

Second card color combination:

I used the Stylish Shape dies for the stitched square and banner. To create the multiple color cupcake image, I colored the stamp with the Stampin’ Write markers, breathed on it (to create moisture…the ink will dry on the stamp), and then stamped the image on basic white cardstock. Next, I stamped the Celebrate sentiment around the cupcake using the coordinating color Classic Stampin’ Pad and punched it out using the 2 3/8″ circle punch.

Finishing touches: Add Simply Elegant Trim to the cupcake image and Brights 6″ x 6″ DSP to the envelope.
